The position focuses on providing comprehensive social support to women who are victims of gender violence. The role involves conducting initial intake interviews with victims at the center to perform a first social assessment. Following the assessment, the social worker will study and analyze each case in detail, developing a Personalized Action Plan (Plan de Actuación Individualizado, PAI) tailored to each individual's needs and circumstances. This plan is a foundational document that guides the entire intervention process, ensuring that support is structured, relevant, and effective.Key responsibilities include implementing social intervention pathways and intervention plans derived from the PAI. The professional will be responsible for creating follow-up and evaluation reports for each case to monitor progress and outcomes. Additionally, the role requires informing and guiding the family members of gender violence victims who come to the center, offering them support and resources. The development of labor insertion programs is also a core function, involving actions aimed at vocational guidance and improving employability to foster the economic independence of the victims.
The social worker will establish a fluid channel of communication and coordination with the Center Manager and the technical team to ensure integrated and cohesive service delivery. The position requires a university degree linked to Social Work and specific experience in the fields of Equality and Gender Violence. Proficiency in office automation at an intermediate level and knowledge of management systems are essential. Possession of a Negative Certificate of Sexual Offenses is mandatory. Knowledge in Occupational Risk Prevention, quality, and environmental matters, as well as training and handling of office software (word processing, spreadsheets, file management software) and statistical software such as SPSS, are valued assets for this role.
