We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role involves a comprehensive approach to patient care, focusing on enhancing their functional abilities and overall quality of life. You will be responsible for conducting thorough geriatric and occupational therapy assessments to understand each individual's needs and develop personalized treatment plans. This includes implementing and closely monitoring rehabilitation programs, ensuring they are effective and adjusted as necessary.Your responsibilities will extend to providing expert advice on safe mobilization techniques and guiding patients through recovery and maintenance of their physical capabilities. The goal is to facilitate the rehabilitation and habilitation processes, aiming for the optimal recovery and sustained well-being of our users.
