We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team at a senior living facility. The primary role of this position is to restore, rehabilitate, maintain, and improve the physical condition of our residents. The goal is to ensure that each resident can enjoy the highest possible level of autonomy and quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions.Responsibilities will involve developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of residents' physical needs and capabilities. This includes applying various physiotherapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to address mobility issues, pain management, functional limitations, and overall well-being. The successful candidate will work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. Regular evaluation of progress and adjustment of treatment plans will be essential.
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Physiotherapy. While not strictly required, experience of at least one year in similar positions is highly valued. Proficiency in office software is necessary, along with a good understanding of occupational risk prevention (PRL), quality, and environmental management principles.
