Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in handling manual workshop tools commonly used in industrial settings. A key requirement is the ability to accurately interpret technical plans and blueprints, translating them into welding actions. The required education includes a vocational training certificate (Grado Medio, Grado Superior, FPII) or a professional qualification certificate, indicating a strong theoretical and practical foundation.
