We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Healthcare Professional to join our residential mental health center located in Canet d'En Berenguer, Valencia. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive care and support to individuals within our residential setting, helping them to regain and improve their daily living skills and overall well-being. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual's unique challenges.This position involves working with a diverse population, offering opportunities to make a significant impact on their recovery journey. The daily tasks will include facilitating group and individual therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, and documenting patient progress. We encourage a holistic approach to care, focusing on empowering our residents to achieve greater independence and quality of life. The role requires a compassionate and proactive individual who is committed to the principles of occupational therapy and mental health recovery.
We operate with rotating shifts to ensure continuous coverage and support for our residents. These shifts are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Flexibility and adaptability are key to succeeding in this environment. Additionally, having your own transportation is necessary due to the location of our facility, which aids in accessibility for both staff and potential visitors. This role is offered on an indefinite contract basis, providing stability and the chance to grow within our organization.
