We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Professional to join our team. This role involves comprehensive patient care within a geriatric setting. You will be responsible for conducting Integral Geriatric Assessments, focusing on maintaining and improving the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) for our residents. A significant part of the role includes developing and implementing programs for Cognitive and Psychomotor Stimulation, aiming to enhance the overall well-being and functional capacity of individuals.Furthermore, the position entails designing and facilitating Leisure and Free Time activities tailored to the residents' needs and interests. This includes adapting activities to promote engagement and social interaction. You will also play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to families, offering them insights into the care process and strategies to support their loved ones at home. Collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team is essential, contributing your expertise to the holistic care plan and ensuring seamless communication among all healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and a compassionate approach to geriatric care.
This full-time position offers a structured work schedule, alternating between morning (8:00-16:00) and afternoon (14:00-21:00) shifts on a weekly basis.
